i was under the impression i was speaking with a live roku representative. i was told to activate my roku account, i should need to pay $79.99 every 5 years. once we said, they could help us get our device working. since we were having do much trouble, the guy had than half us talk to another associate of his who than stated we would need to pay an additional $30 to continue trying to get the issue resolved. i knew immediately its a scam. i cant get a hold of anyone now to request a $79.99 refund.
