Anyone who would like to file a multiple plaintiff lawsuit against Robert Schnauzer Puppies including their shipping company, please contact me at [email protected]
After careful consideration and due diligence I decided to purchase a miniature schnauzer through website for Robert Schnauzer Puppies. I was told that the puppy would cost $900 and shipping would be $150 so the amount of $1,050 was sent through Cash App as requested. It has been over a month and to date I have not received my puppy. Once they said my puppy was being shipped I continually received requests for additional money by the shipping company, who indicated that all monies will be refunded upon delivery of said puppy. To date I have paid the shipping company an additional $1,750. Now they are requesting another $2,000 for vaccines. The Seller assured me that puppy was up to date on all vaccinations so this did not make sense and I am not a rich person and cannot come up with yet another $2,000. I have requested refunds from both companies totaling $2,800 and to date have had no success. Neither company will respond to my emails. I do not have a phone number for either company which I have requested multiple times. These are clearly fraudulent companies and no one should trust them. I will be filing a lawsuit against both companies.

We were looking for Miniature Schnauzer breeders and found this website. It promises that all the puppies are ten weeks old, potty trained, and in perfect health. It also promises that it ships puppies via pet friendly airlines and that an employee is with the puppies at all times during travel. We saw a puppy that we liked and contacted them via their website; before this, we spent three days checking the Human Society’s Horrible Hundred reports from 2019, 2018, and 2017, multiple scam report websites, and other resources to see if we could find anything anywhere about them other than what was on their site. We didn’t find anything and thought it would be safe. They contacted us almost immediately after our initial inquiry. Our first red flag was that they did not answer any of our questions from our inquiry. We have another dog in the house, so it is important to us to get a dog that will be safe for our current one. Our second red flag was when we went to show someone else a picture of the dog, and found that the image of the dog on their website had changed while the name and description had not changed at all. We started to suspect at that point that they might be a puppy mill. We inquired about this, and they explained that they changed the picture because we had expressed interest in the dog. They said nothing about why they hadn’t changed the name or description. Still, we pushed those concerns down thinking that maybe we were overreacting, and continued with the purchase. They told us they only had Cash App or Venmo for payments. We paid the $1100 they told us it would be for both the puppy and the shipping. They sent us the ownership documents the next day via email, along with some pictures, then sometime later sent a text message saying there was a problem with the shipping and we would have to pay another $2000 for Pet Travel Insurance. They claimed the shipping company wouldn’t come to get the puppy until the payment was made, then sent us the same Cash App information for the insurance company as they had sent for the initial payment. We figure this was a mistake on their part. We refused and told them to either send us the puppy or a refund. They claimed the shipping company had given them permission to collect the payment, and that the dog was waiting was at the airport for the payment to be made. This was followed by an email from the “shipping company” claiming that if we did not send the payment, they would report us for animal abuse. We called them out that the account information they’d sent was the same, and reiterated that we would not be making anymore payments, and they could either send us the puppy or a refund. We have not heard anything else. After five hours of no further messages, we contacted our bank and informed them that the $1100 was a fraudulent transaction and to stop the payment.
