Robert Gallo called my cell phone & stated he had my name & ssn and this was a courtesy to let me know I would be served the next day. There was no information given on who I was being served by except the above phone number. I called the number back and a very rude woman answered and I heard a baby crying in the background. She stated she couldn’t look my account up because she didn’t recognize my phone number and asked for my social. When I refused to give it to her, she cussed me and hung up.
