Also, there is no response via email … I now want my money or necklace … I asked for it as a gift for my wife

Ordered a gift in January. No response to emails for 2 months. After which they say it the product is on the way. They sent me tracking order with USPS.
I contact USPS and they say that they have returned the order back to china! I forward the message/email to retrosty. They dont respond ever again!

Stole the money basically.

Eu fiz o pedido do colar para o dia dos namorados e não recebi nada. Até me mandaram um número de rastreamento e lá dizia que estava caminho. Mas até hoje nada! Agora vem do outras pessoas na mesma situação vejo que tudo foi um Golpe.

I purchased a necklace for my girlfriend back in January with the hope of having the necklace before or by Valentine’s day. I emailed the company numerous of times about my order and even asked for a refund. They claimed they have sent the order ,however when I asked for the tracking number no response.
