They sent a fake tracking number. They never delivered the product. Every time I email them, they tell me it will just be a few more days, then a few more days, then a few more days. It has been months. I asked for a real tracking number and they told me they were backordered and still waiting for a shipment. I asked for a refund and they told me it was lost in transit and they would be sending another one. But they still provided no tracking number. It has been months.
