I placed an order with Remarkgreen on 4/8/2020 to purchase face masks for this pandemic. Aoccording to their webiste order are shipped out within 10-15 days. And tracking a tracking number is provided immediatly after an order ships.

The total charge to my debit card was $207.51, the charge went through on 4/9/2020 as the sellers name being Lushgood Cosco Tower 183 Queen’s. However, to date, I have not received any tracking information. I contacted Remarkgreen via email because there is no phone number to speak to anyone. My many attempts to the status of my order were dont on 4/14/2020, 4/21/2020, 4/27/2020 and 4/30/2020. The automated email responses are all the same, informing me that my order has been shipped out and to be patient. On 4/28/2020 I requested a refundand only was told that my order has been shipped out, but no tracking information.

I ask for your help in in matter, I’ve never been taken like this and I strongly feel that I am not the only one.
