Type of a scam Employment
The other day I applied for a job as a Virtual Office Assistant via LinkedIn. The job description provided an email to send my resume to, which I did. After getting the latest email from Carol, I knew it was a scam and reported it as such on LinkedIn. Below is the email exchange:

Hi Carol,
I came across your job posting on LinkedIn.com for a part-time Virtual Office Assistant position, and am very interested.
I’m innately highly organized and dedicated! Currently, I work as an independent contractor performing part-time remote accounting for a locally based HOA company, and am looking to pick up another part-time job.
Please see attached resume. I hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks so much for your time!
