This company is a fraud. Someone at the company was able to take over the screen of my wife’s computer, blaring loud repeated warnings that it had been infected and that she should call Microsoft, giving a number on the screen. She called it. They mis-represented themselves as Microsoft and sold her an outrageous security package and took over her machine to install it. When I found out what was happening, I learned it was this company and ended the install before they finished. This place needs to be shut down.
