On a website there was an offer to be a Walmart Reveiwer where you apply with some brief personal information. Then they text and email you back stating that you are approved to be a Walmart Secret Shopper with an agent number assigned to you. You will be receiving a welcome package soon in the mail with what to do next. I received 2 first class envelopes and they had the attached page below with it and a cashier’s check in the amount of $2,950.00. It states to deposit this in your account if not able to cash it. Well, there is the red flags! Plus there is no bank phone number on the cashier’s check to call the verify! ALso, you are adviced to only communicate with their registered agents. I have been receiving text messages for a few days now stating I should have received or will be receiving my envelope any day now. If any of you are like me, I can not afford to have almost $3000.00 bounce out of my account. This is a SCAM! Upon purchase of the gift cards you are to email or text the 16 digit code along with the 4 digit pin code. As soon as they receive those numbers they can utilize them online to purchase things. You have no way of getting your money back once their check bounces.
