Local address provided: 200 Tom Brown Parkway, Hallsville, TX 75650 w/903-668-2300. Letter says our caller has $5.8MM in a gov’t trust fund acct and Mr. Williams is willing to get this funding payout for him for 25% ($1.45MM). Back page says "fee is required upon a personal service contract". Mr. Williams is also asking for a personal "Power of attorney"
