Rapcrushers.com sold me counterfeit sneakers. I purchased a pair of Air Jordan Retro 5 sneakers on 10/27/19. They arrived on 11/27/18. They were shipped loose in a box with no padding or insulation, without an actual sneaker box. The shoes arrived damaged, and they unquestionably fake.
I requested a refund/return, and they attempted to get me to keep the damaged/counterfeit product by offering me a 30% discount on it. I refused, and I requested a shipping return label. They didn’t send me one. It took several days before they even gave me an address to ship the product back to. When they did give me the address, it was located in China – the return address on their website says to ship back to 1300 Rosa Parks Blvd. Detroit, MI 48324 for refunds, so this seemed very shady to me. In short, the shipping cost would be in excess of $40 to ship China, which was 40% of the cost of the item, and they have not responded to me at this point as to whether or not the shipping cost will be reimbursed for damaged materials. In a best-case scenario, I will lose $40 on the purchase of $100 if the item is even returnable/refundable.
Ultimately, the sneakers were counterfeit, poorly shipped, and I have no question that Rapcrushers.com is a scam.
