I was searching the internet for a seller of a certain puppy. The puppy I was looking for is a mini Shiba Inu. During my search, one of the Google Ads was for My Happy Tails Shiba Inu and I clicked on the ad which brought me to their website. After looking at the site, and the testimonials I texted the number and got a response that said they had one puppy left. He texted me pictures that were not on the website. He also happened to live in the same state only three hours away. We spoke on the phone to arrange a time to pick up the puppy and he asked for a deposit to hold the puppy. I paid the deposit over Paypal to the email [email protected] and then he sent the address to pick up the puppy the next day. When we got to the address the owner of the home said he did not have any puppies and that we were the third people today to come for a puppy. At that time we knew we were scammed. I texted and called the number and got no response. Called again a few minutes later and it said the phone number was no longer in service. The other phone number on the website (360-964-5114) is a text mail and never responded to any calls or texts.
