In October of 2020 I ordered 1 unit. I received 3. I sent the order back immediately. I had to pay $9.90 to return it. They charged my credit card 3 TIMES! On 10/22/20 they charged $14.99, $58.90, and $123.34. I have called them and e-mailed them 4 or 5 times. I stole over $200 from me. I have no idea what to do. I do not have my tracking number and even if I did I think they are still going to keep my money! Total Scam!

Terrible customer service. After placing my order, I regretted my decision–these things channel only 2.4 ghz frequency, not 2.4 ghz and 5.0 ghz. I requested cancellation via email to their support address 15 minutes before I received their email confirming my order. I didn’t receive an email confirming my cancellation, so I called them the next day. I had to call twice because their answering machine hung up on me the first time. The second time, after they made me numerous offers to change my mind about cancelling, I couldn’t cancel my order because they said it had already shipped (not 20 hours since I placed the order) and there was no hold on the shipment (despite my email requesting cancellation). I asked for a tracking number on the shipment. They said they didn’t have one yet. So they knew it had shipped but couldn’t provide me with the tracking number. Next, I’m told my only recourse is to wait till the extenders arrive, then start the return process. I asked for a return shipping label. They told me I have to pay return shipping for a product I don’t want on an order I timely requested cancellation of. Unacceptable customer support. Zero transparency. I believe they lied to me about the order having shipped already. I strongly suggest not buying anything from these people. Buyer beware.

No integrity and they don’t provide a means for return. I purchased this product in Aug 2020 because my internet drops off in one part of the house. The package did not have a pack slip or any instructions to return. Their website claims a product guarantee within 30 days, however, you can’t get in touch with them.

I tried calling them twice and was on hold for 20 minutes when the calls ended and I was sent to the call survey.

I tried emailing support and they don’t respond. I finally opened a dispute on my Visa.

I bought this Unit for wifi booster as advertised and it takes so looking to arrived and when I installed it the product is defective.I meail them 3 times no respond and called them multiple times and waiting from 15-1hr. I told them I want and full refund but I was told only 30% of the money they can refund plus I need to pay for the shipment to return the the defective product. I paid $73.89 for this defective product now I’m penalized of buying this scam and garbage product. Multiple attempts to resolve this issues but failed. They don’t want to refund the full amount. I’m still waiting since I posted complaint in there FB pngage and discovered a lot of people are complaining about this product.
