On Sept. 22nd 2015 I searched online for a private investigator to locate a person who stole my truck, I found the name Randy Bennett Licensed Private Investigator #3940. I called and asked if he can locate a person. He asked me to email him the info of that person who stole my truck. I emailed him the same day but he never response to my email. I call his Messenger Services and asked him to return my call but he never did. On Oct. 12th 2015 I received his email and he asked me for my credit card to pay him $125 for his rendered service. I did not have an agreement to pay him for rendering service.
