Owner David Duran, never performed services for roofing job and agreed to pay back deposit.
David Duran wrote hot check that was turned in the the Lubbock DA hot check office. He never attempted to make
payments to resolve matter and moved to San Antonio Texas. He’s done this to several businesses along with stealing from them. Found out he was on probation for stealing. He broke probation and check were turned over to the law. Currently there’s a warrant out for his arrest. If you encounter this guy. Act normal, but please turn him in the the authorities.
