This company offered a "free" trial of product, but the product was never delivered. Subsequently, I was enrolled in a subscription that I did not authorize and was charged for more products. These products were also never delivered. I called the Customer Service Department but they refuse to refund my money, even though they have charged my three times now and I have yet to receive any products.

There are many consumer complaints against this company.

My Mom purchased a sample of skin cream for about $10. More than a month later she received another shipment which she did not order. She called and spoke to a representative who told her it was an automatic shipment. Nowhere on the main page, frequently asked questions or the terms and conditions of the companies pngage did it mention an automatic renewal if not canceled in writing. She contacted the customer service rep for the company and was told that there was a no refund policy. The pngage states that returns are accepted if post-marked within 5-days of receipt and gives an e-mail address to contact for the return mailing address. I contacted the customer service rep also to confirm what my Mom was told. I then e-mailed the address provided on the pngage and requested the address to return items to. I received an automatic reply stating that I should call the customer service rep. The same rep who claimed there was a no return policy. Not sure exactly how much they charged her account. The customer service rep. said $45.53 plus $9.90 S/H, but my Mom can’t confirm until Monday.

I was on the internet looking at something else when the ad popped-up telling about how the Royal family and other actress use this product. And the ad said they would give you free sample of face cream and eye cream for only the charge of shipping. And when I get my credit card statement they charged me for shipping and also for the two products $89.95 and $88.98. They also sent me more the two products without my consent and charged my credit card statement again this month. I called the company and told them it was supposed to be a free sample and she said if I did not call within 14 days they charge you and keeping sending you the product and charge your credit card account each month and would not accept the return of the second product sent to me. I told her that was a poor way of doing business and if I could I would warn other future customers, which did not seem to matter. If I knew how much the product was I would ordered it because if I liked it I could afford it.

I ordered face cream after seeing an ad for a free sample. I did NOT order their eye cream, but I saw a receipt for the shipping for both. I immediately sent an email canceling the eye cream order. I still received both and, two weeks later was charged for the "free samples". While disputing the charges, it became evident I had not thoroughly read the "Terms of Agreement" and had actually agreed to pay for the free samples and then be charged monthly for more of both! I was able to cancel the subscription, but forced to pay for BOTH free samples even though I only wanted the face cream. When calling to complain, I was put on hold for 13 minutes and informed that I could only cancel if I had called them–no online or email cancellations accepted! Do not buy these products. They are definitely not worth the cost and the company only cares about taking your money. The first person I spoke to actually told me I would lose my complaint and would be penalized for it!!!!!!

When I saw this product line were shipping free samples as advertised on TV, I went to their website and ordered one of their products. I was not able to proceed unless I ordered one of their eye products as well. The two items were a 30 day supply. I was charged $4.90 and 4.95 respectively. Nowhere did I see it advertised that my order was a 14 day trial subscription. NO WHERE WAS IT ADVERTISED THAT THEY WOULD CHARGE ME ALMOST $90 PER ITEM! Because I do not view my credit card statement online, I found out a month later that I was charged full price for these two items! After several attempts I finally reached someone who spoke with me for 20 minutes trying to convince me to keep my "subscription" I hung up. I contact my credit card company and explained to them what had happened and to reverse the charges. The did but this SCAMMING COMPANY has a play book! They sent my credit card company pictures of my online activity (entering shipping and billing information and convinced the credit card company that I intentionally signed up for this subscription. Now I’m at war with my credit card company! I’m a senior and can’t afford to pay nearly $200 for a product I NEVER EVEN OPENED NOR WAS ABLE TO RETURN BECAUSE THERE WAS NO RETURN LABEL – NO INSTRUCTIONS!

Unfortunately, I responded to a pop-up ad on my computer entitling me to two free cosmetic items if I agreed to pay shipping/postage only. It was not made clear that these products came with a follow-up subscription. So far, since receiving my two items, I have received one additional item through the mail but just learned the company has charged my credit card FOUR times this month in the amounts of $90, $89, $90 and $89. I have tried calling them repeatedly but always am put on hold. I now know from reading websites online that this company operates in a dishonest manner and has been called a scam in numerous complaints. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company and had the four charges reversed. I assume the company will be contacting me since their charges were kicked back to them. BEWARE! Deal with this company with this forewarning.

Claimed to be Cathy Lee Gifford new skin care line. Popped up on Facebook. Advertised samples for shipping only cost on 6-4-18. 4.95. Charged my card for 89.95 on 6-18-18 and again on 7-14-18 for 22.00. nothing during purchase that stated anything about future shipments or being charged for product after 2 weeks! Invoices sent in packages do not have any prices or totals. Saw charges on my CC statement and called my CC company to dispute. Took forever to get product rep on phone for complaint. Rep said cannot ship back for refund.

Lured in with claim of free trial offer for Facial Cream Product.

When you give them your information to pay the shipping charges, (which they doubled when they threw in

additional item that you could not cancel) they then from what I’ve read in reviews have automatically

signed you up for a monthly Shipment also I was fully unaware of and charged our account $86.

I received two products, Release Cream and Pure Eyes pump cream in a very small box

with no paperwork/packing slip.

Thankfully our charge card company recognized this company and notified us and their payment was refused.

They also can not charge for any future shipments.

Purely Organic Cosmetics is listed under multiple business names including Radiant Revive Cream, Purely Revive and Trylivalitrial.com also Repair and Release Cream. Initial offer was for a free sample of the Pure Organic Release Cream however when the order was received it also included Pure Eyes. Each product was sent separately thus having to pay shipping on each "Free Product". One shipping was $4.95 and the other was $4.90. Then one month later both products were received in two separate shipments with one charging $88.98 and the other at $89.95. The notification about signing up for a monthly delivery for each product was very disguised or simple did not exist. If we wouldn’t have caught this it would have continued every month. Upon calling the number on the packing slip the receptionist indicated that a full refund could not be made because it was after the 14 days from the initial order of the "Free Trial". Receptionist tried to make additional offers however we refused but we only succeeded in obtaining a 35% refund. This company is a complete rip-off. This company has very deceptive business practices. In addition, upon further online research some of the ingredients in these products have been found to be questionable. In the end we are receiving a refund of $62.62 on an order that we were charged $178.93. We concluded by cancelling our account.

They advertised sending samples for 4.99 plus shipping and handling so about 12 for everything so my grandma decided to do it. Then they charged her 89.99 for the product and the 12 but she never agreed to the 89.99 charge. We called their customer service and they won’t do refunds and that if she disputed the transaction with her bank they wouldn’t issue any refund. When they sent her the product they never included and bill!! They not only target elders to abuse but they are falsely advertising to their customers and charging their accounts when they never authorized it! Not only that but their customer service is RUDE! They have no heart and compassion and are just as wicked as the company itself. Attached is a complaint filed to the ScamPulse.com about them.

My story is the same as all the rest. Duped by a Yahoo news story about Kelly Ripa leaving the LIVE show to pursue her side beauty business full time. Thought I would try a free sample of the face cream for the price of shipping and handling. But had to also get the free sample of eye cream and the Expedited Shipping & Rewards Program for some non-substantial fee in order to receive the face cream. Big Red Flags that I was ignoring when they required me to buy the extra items and would not let me use my American Express card. I don’t understand how they can keep doing this. I would think it would be illegal to hide pertinent information in the terms and conditions. I see they are also doing business as Glow Fresh and NeuActive now.

Offers a facial cream and eye repair wrinkles cream for a very low price and a trial package. Then it supposedly has a 14day time period to use product and reply you don’t want it or your debit/credit card is then charged $89.95 &$88.98 for the two products you ordered.

You call company about your disputed price to pay and the person you talk to says it’s stated a 14-day trial period is what you agreed to and you didn’t cancel within that 14-days so they are authorized to charge for the product the full price. You are misled into thinking your paying for a trial period and facial & eye serum cream product. You are not told that you are going to be charged another $89.95 & $88.98 for the two products received after the 14 day period. My bank account thus was put in an overdrawn state and have occurred 2-$27. Overdraft fees and a $2 transfer fee, plus I’m expecting an automatic withdrawal from my account so I will incur more overdraft expenses. I was lucky I hope to stop anymore charges that would of started as recurring monthly order expenses if I hadn’t called and told them to stop and they gave me a cancellation number for it. But I will repeat they refused to cancel the extra charges I was not aware of for the after 14-day “trial” period. I’ve done some investigation and went back found website and tried to see how ordering occurs and when I accessed the order for product it sent me to a different named product but same type product as the one originally posted.

I’d also like to point out they took the funds out of my account exactly 14days after I ordered it. I had not received product until several days after purchasing. This did not give me as a customer a chance to try out product or use it to see if it was what I wanted or liked for a 14 day trial period.

Also in my researching I think they are using same product under some other names, such as “Renown”,”Revita”,possibly others. “Renown” was the product I was sent to when I tried to order the Purely Organics again at their website when testing to order again, investigating for research. ??

They proceeded to bill me over $267 in 4 different transactions starting from 21 Jun 2018 until 23 Jul 2018 when i had the credit card cancelled. When I contacted the shipper about cancelling the pending orders the lady on the phone continued to argue you with me stating it couldn’t be stopped as i was to receive it the next day and that they do not do refunds if i sent it back or rejected the package. I am also trying to dispute the charges with my credit card company but from what I’ve read online they probably will not refund the money since the "terms" was what i agreed to in very fine print. Purely Organics told me that i would receive a refund of 35%, which totaled $72 per their calculations. the credit card is still cancelled so I’m unsure how this refund will go thru.

On 6/18/2018 I took advantage of a free sample offer of their face and eye cream and paid $9.85 + $2.49 for shipping. This was debited from my checking account.

I then received notice from the fraud dept. of my bank that an $89.70 charge by this company was charged to my account and was not paid as it was an out of state debit.

On 7/3/2018 once again they tried to take the total, this time in separate

Charges of $67.46 and $22.24 knowing it would pass. How slick!

I called the company to complain

And return my money and was told

that there was a clause that was in the original order that stated if not

refused within 14 days they would continue sending the product and debiting the account.

Nowhere Was There A Clause Stating That!!! When ordering the sample product. The rep I spoke to was Ariel

Who actually bargained with me as to the percentage they would give me back on my account. She went from 35% to 50% after my badgering her about the unwanted cream.

Someone should advise Barbara Walters and Ellen DeGeneres whose photos and accolades of the product

Approximate a week later, I noticed a charge of $89.95 on my bank account and another charge of $88.98 two days later. I called my bank and was told I had to wait until the charges were deducted prior to filing a claim, as they were being processed. Once they processed, their phone number was listed. I just called and was told there is nothing I can do about it. I read about this product Purely Organic on social media. It said it was available for the shipping charges only. The small print (if it existed) didn’t explain well that after 2 weeks I would be additionally billed for each product, $88.98 and the following day $89.95. My husband and I called the company at 12:30 AM and they had a live customer service in the middle of the night. The support agent was extremely rude and not helpful. My husband took over the call, and told her we found over 60 complaints to the ScamPulse.com and we were going to challenge the charges with our bank. We then called our bank and cancelled my debit card. I went into our branch to obtain a new card and explained the situation, the bank submitted questionable fraudulent charges for the $88.98 & $89.95, as well as three other charges this company received for shipping and handling (but I only got 2 products). Purely Organics refunded the 3 shipping charges immediately and emailed me they were going to credit me back the $88.98 & $89.95 (my bank placed those funds in my account as soon as they filed the questionable charges).

Last but not least, these products are not organic!! The list of ingredients is lengthy more than 50 ingredients, with the “organic” items listed at the end. This product made my the skin around my eyes and my face sting and burn. Extremely irritating, on many levels!

This pngage offers you a free trial of its release cream, all you have to do is pay the shipping. Don’t do it!!! In the fine print if you do not call and let them know in 14 days that the product is not working for you they will charge your account without you knowing. When you call and talk to them, they will you tell you it was in the terms and conditions and you agreed to it. They are not upfront about how much it actually costs, had I known it was going to cost that much I would have never done the trial. Companies like this should be ashamed, swindling people out of their hard earned money. It should say right up front before you sign up for the trial, that it costs that much, but then that would require the company to be honest!!!

I was playing on my phone and not quite sure how it popped up, but Joanna Gaines’ picture came up on Purely Organic’s advertisement. That’s what got my attention because she’s a trustworthy face. To make a long story short, I took the trial offer of the so called Release Cream and then some how the next step was the so called Pure Eyes, which tricks you into also ordering it, which I did not even want. It started out being $4.95 and wound up being another $4.90 for the so called eye serum and then at the end of the check out scam process, it shows some bogus expedite fee of $2.49, which was not even an option. I had a bad feeling by the time it was over, but I felt I could trust it because of Joanna Gaines. Boy, was I wrong! This purchase was made on April 23, 2018. I received the products a week later and certainly are not organic! I received my credit card statement on May 8th and have 2 additional charges of $89.95 and $88.98 on May 7th & 8th! I knew then I had been scammed! I called them and was on hold for half an hour! Finally, a female answers and gives me this rehearsed speech about how I approved the charge because I didn’t cancel within my so called 14 day trial period, which is not stated on the trial offer. Nowhere did it state that I would be charged almost $180 if I did not cancel within 14 days nor did it state I would become a member! She was rude and very unprofessional! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I would have a 2 hour wait to speak to one. I asked for the charges to be removed or I would file a charge dispute with my credit card company and after arguing with her she offered me 35% refund, which then went to 50%, which by the end went to 75% refund. She told me they win 99% of disputes, which I’m sure is a tactic they use to get people to take the partial refund. I took the 75%, reluctantly, and have received the email stating my card will be refunded within 5-7 business days. I called my credit card company and they said these are scammers! I want the rest of my $180 back! Their products are bogus and definitely not organic!

I feel ashamed to have fallen in this blow !!!

"I bought" a free sample, via Facebook, because I found it cheap and the photos showed surprising effects on the skin of mature women, which is my case!

I received two small creams and did not even use it because I paid in a $ 4.90 and another $ 4.95 paid through my debit card on April 10.

From that day on, I’ve lost $ 296.07 exactly !!!!!! and the worst of it is that I did not get any cream for those payments!

How can a company do this without a written commitment and signed ??? How can the American authorities not make a provision for this company to stop stealing, people like me, who only bought a free sample and already lost almost $ 300.00 ??

I had to cancel my debit card, because even after complaining to them on the phone, they charged me + $ 22.24 claiming that because I canceled the "program" with them I would have 78% off !!!!!

They robbed me $ 296.07, they did not give me any cream and they said they would not give me back my money.

Please, someone stop this gang !!!

I recently decided to try a product by “Purely Organic” it was a Trial only or so I thought. I ordered online 4/23/18. We had a death in our family. I had a lot to take care of so I didn’t pick up my mail until 5/8/18. In the meantime two different withdrawals had been made from my account. One on the 7th for $89.95 & another on the 8th for $88.98. When I called my account & realized what had happened I immediately called number on “Purely Organic” packing slip. I explained to them I lived on a very low fixed income & was caring for my mother who’s 82. I only draw around $400 a month. I had opened the Pure Eyes & used once the other cream is still packaged & sealed. I ask to speak to Supervisor, each time telling them I was unable to afford this. They had overdrawn my account now & id send product back. Opened package was used but once. Each time I was told, “NO I WOULD NOT GET ANY MONIES BACK” there was a 14day trial period & my time had ended. I was crying begging them to please return my money cause I could not pay my bills. Plus, because of family death I hadn’t even gotten my mail until they had went in & taken it before I’d Even had a chance to try product! I am NOT PLEASED with this matter to say the least about there PRODUCT! I’ve used good creams before & I saw nothing unique about this one.

I opened an advertisement for health and beauty aids, such as skin creams that would help decrease the lines in my face and bags under my eyes. I ordered a free sample for $4.98 of the cream. Received the product and started using immediately. After 15 days i noticed no difference and then, the charge of 89.95 appeared on my credit card account. I called and questioned the purely organic customer service person and they after 15 minutes of arguing with her, offered a 35% refund. This was not going to happen as i requested a full refund. I called my credit card company and they have it is dispute. I received the product the next day and sent it back with return receipt requested. I have that evidence. So guess what, today I received another bill for $89.94 from this scam company. My credit card has been cancelled.

I researched online and there are a number of people that have had the same experience. Very wrong.

As a senior citizen I was passing time on Facebook when one of those suggested post was there so I opened it even though I sent a note/message to Facebook that did not want to receive these kind of things several times. Anyway it was advertisement from purely organic Thru Shark Tank, all of them gave the young ladies approval that they would back them. Also all kinds of pictures of ladies and what a wonderful/great product that really works. Normally I ignore but this time since it was a free trial and last day to get I applied for it. Only had 2 pay 4.95 but for another 4.90. could get pure eyes then 2.49 for shipping. When I received I looked for something that would tell me that they would be sending every month and what the charges would be. Couldn’t find any kind of info like this. Evidently I forgot about it and just lately I decided to check my checking account to balance and to my surprise I found 2 more charges for this product. Charges were 88.98, 89.95 twice and a charge of 4.95 once which I assume was a shipping charge. Immediately called my bank to dispute charges and she said to contact company also which I did. I was so upset I had looked on computer for Purely Organic and I did call. Of course, it was wrong number. I reached an organic fertilizer co. , the lady that answered and was being patient as I rattled off my problem asked if I was calling about face cream and I acknowledged. She told me they were a fertilizer coma oh but had received several calls about the face cream. She also said was trying to find out a number that they could give out so people could get right company. I called bank again and she gave me number to call. Called fertilizer company back and gave them the number. She thanked me for info. I called 855-412-3133 and was ranting and raving since I was so angry. Ti, the person who answered said I am trying to give you a cancellation number. Have 2 cancellation numbers which I called and gave to bank.

These are dates they charged e. April 9,March 8, March 22 for one product and March 23 for one product. Don’t have total but is over $300. No one in right mind would want to pay this kind of money. I evidently wasn’t thinking when placed order but like I said I looked for info that came with product and never found any and then of course didn’t think about it. Haven’t received anything from March 22 on since I no longer live at the address but do have forwarding. Do not want to pay for something that doesn’t work and have not received.

Also all this was on computer at previous address and have no info where am now.

January 22, 2018 I was on Facebook I seen a article about why Joanne Gaines why she really left there show so like a dummy I clicked on it. It want on to say that she was starting a new business. Then it went straight to Purely Organic that they only had 2 free offers left out of 250 to hurry and sign up NOW before it’s gone. So I Clicked on it free offer just pay the shipping and handling. I ordered the Release Cream paying $4.95 S/H then order free trial of Pure Eye cream popped up just pay S/H which was $4.90 then fast S/H $2.49 just added on by its self??? So I paid $12.34 for S/H I didn’t think that was too bad for two bottles of facial cream. So I received the product a few days later. There was no prices of the products, nothing saying free 2 week trial offer!! If I would have known how much it actually was I would have never ordered the creams because I couldn’t afford them!!! Two weeks later I received one more of each cream couldn’t figure out why I received them???

When I received my charge card bill in March I about had a heart attack I was not only charged for the S/H $$4.95 Jan.24-$4.90 -Jan.24 and $2.49 -Jan 24 I was charged $89.95 on Feb.7 & $88.98 on Feb.8.=$191.27 for 2 one ounce jars of cream. That I thought was a free trial….I went to my bank had me to call them so I did. I offered to send the products back for a refund they said NO way you didn’t cancel with in the two weeks! I said what two weeks? You have to cancel within your two week trial offer they said? There was nothing where I ordered that said cancel in two weeks???? They finally said they would take me off auto shipping for every month. They did give me a confirmation number.I am sick at this point!!

Then when I received my April Charge Card bill the next month Surprise there is another charge for $4.95 Feb.23 -$89.95 Feb.24 & $88.98 Feb.25 =$183.88 so back to the bank I go after calling Purely Organic back again telling them I was supposed to have been removed From there auto ship list that I was charged again???? She said it was all there on there advertising I said I didn’t see any of that anywhere I said where is it in that little tiny print that you can’t read ?? She wanted to get me off the phone at this point she said if your on a regular size computer you should be able to read it!!!! I said I wasn’t on a regular size computer! My Bank said they have Charged me another charge of $4.95. The only thing that can STOP them is to change me is to change my charge card number # which I did!!! I’ve been charged a total of $380.10 for 4 ounces of Purely Organic cream!!which the first two jars said free trial?? This is not in my budget!! I just wanted to share this so hopefully it will help someone else not to order this expensive product!!!!

This product is reportedly made by Joanna Gaines of HGTV show about flipping houses in Waco, Texas. It was an offer for a free sample of a wrinkle cream with a $4.95 shipping charge for which I gave my credit card information. We received the cream within a few days and the 2-3 weeks later received two more products in the mail for which I was charged $89.98 and $88.97. We did not order these items. I called the customer support line to find out how to return the items and have the charges removed from my credit card, and was told that I couldn’t return them and that they wouldn’t remove the charges. I said that I hadn’t ordered these items and was told that when I ordered the sample I was signing up for further shipments that I would have to cancel within 14 days. I have no recollection of this. They finally said they would give me a 35% discount but that was all they could do.

I saw an ad on Facebook for a free trial of purely organic release cream and eye cream. I ordered on Facebook and as soon as I received the box I called to cancel. Then my bank card was charged $89.95 on February 24th by Purely Organic 57 and then $88.98 on February 26 by Purely Organic 59. I called them to say this is a fraud charge I NEVER AGREED TO! On March 12, 2018 a charge of 4.95 was taken from my bank card and then on March 13th a charge of $89.95 was taken by Purely Organic 57 and then on March 14th a charge of $88.98 was taken by Purely Organic 59 which I NEVER AGREED TO! I have called them to report these fraudulent charges and they refuse to accept the truth……I never have agreed to these ridiculous and harmful transactions.

Free trial for $14.95 turned into debiting my credit card 2 more times totaling $190 with no product delivered first of all and second of all, the manipulation of this company not wanting to refund the unauthorized deduction of my account. Don’t ever order from this company. Their products are crap and trial sizes thereafter. Horrible scam and their advertising all over social media.

They announced the release cream saying you just pay for the shipping about $12, asking for your credit card info (in my case I used a credit/debit card from my bank account) to pay for it, and a month later they are charging me with $67.46 for a month of supplies I didn’t authorized or asked for. Don’t by the release cream, in the he first place.

DON’T BUY FROM THEM!

We ordered the free trial, I didn’t like the product. Then I didn’t realize I had to call before 14 days and on the 15th day they sent 3 charges over $80 each to my bank. I called them to sort it out. They removed my subscription, but would not refund me the 3 charges. This is a SCAM!!! Stay away!!

I came across an advertisement which was presented to look like a news story on yahoo.com but it wasn’t a news story at all. It offered a 14 day free trial, just pay for shipping. I thought I would order the product for my wife to try. The offer was for one item but when I went to check out there was a second item included which I did not want and couldn’t find a way to eliminate from the order. I even tried to cancel out the order but it would not allow me to do so. If this was a free trial with only shipping cost, why did my credit card bill show three separate items? So I just paid for the cost and decided that this was the last time I would order anything from this company. Just before Christmas I received the product which my wife has yet to even open. She is in chemotherapy and her skin is showing the ill effects of the treatment. I was billed $12,34 on my credit card on 12-18-17 and thought that was the end of it. However, when checking with the credit card company on 1-17-18 about an expected doctor charge not yet billed I discovered that there were two additional charges from this company on 12-31-17 and again on 1-1-18 for $89.95 and $88.98. While I was on the phone with the credit card company they tried to make a call to the merchant which went unanswered by a live operator at the company. So we initiated a dispute and I decided to call the next day on my own. The following day my call was answered quickly but I was told to call back with the credit card folks on the phone. I tried again and placed a conference call from my office with the Citibank rep also on the phone. This call was answered and we began a 25 minute marathon conversation in which the Purely Organic representative kept saying I had to cancel within 14 days of ordering or it would automatically subscribe me to buying product on a regular basis. I didn’t see any mention of this on the website when I decided to try the product. If it was there at all; it was well hidden. Additionally, the product was shipped with an invoice dated 1-17-18 and received several days after that. How can I even make a decision to cancel a trial when I haven’t even received the products I was trying? The customer service representative said the 14 day free trial started on the day of order not on the day I received the items. Purely Organic finally agreed to refund the orders and cancel any future orders but only after trying to negotiate for lesser amounts; starting at 75% and working down to 25%. But apparently they decided to try and fool me again and on the same day as our conversation ran two additional charges for $89.95 and one for $4.95. This is downright criminal practice and this company should be held accountable for it. I have just started to fight the newest charges.

I saw an add; not generally interested; however did this time and so sorry about it. I liked using Discover as they are great when a charge is inaccurate; but they only use VISA. I purchased one and the website would not like you proceed unless you purchased an additional serum. That should have been the red flag; The purchase was to be a total of $12.34 for shipment + the eye serum and a charge they never tell you about for repeat orders; I didn’t want [making build on charges]. Then started receiving calls from "Jordan," heavy accent/Spanish??? from 888-546-1025 wanting me to give him my CC so he could proceed with the purchase; he wanted to give me a free one as the website would not let me back up and spell my name correctly [typo]. "For your inconveniences we are sending you another ‘free’ container of purely organic, so your total purchase will be $9.95, so I will need your CC # and the code on the back to send out." I told him I would not give him my CC#; he was pushy and insistent or he could not put my order through. I called the customer service line who told me my cost, and Jordan kept calling me. I blocked his number; yesterday a call came through that said it was John; we have your order, but we need to process it, give me a call back, but it was a different number not connected to purely organic, and he left the message to call Jordan’s number; the number which I blocked. I called it, and thought I had dial the wrong number, so I read the vm transcript and figured it out that it was Jordan’s number, so apparently he had asked a friend to call me, since I had blocked his number.

I ordered a $10 sample products from this company of skin cream, and when I went to check out my total was $20 which included an eye cream I did not want. I thought fine and paid it. Then 13 days later they charged me $90 on my card. When I called the company about it they said that somehow I had agreed to the subscription if I didn’t cancel within 14 days. However they charged me on the 13th day and there is no way to get back to the website, they never sent me any kind of email confirmation with a phone number that I could call to cancel. I finally had my bank remove the charge, and then the company hit me with another $90 charge the very next day. This is a total scam.

My mom received a message for a “free trial” of pure eyes and release cream from Purely Organic for just the cost of shipping. She read all of the fine print and understood that it was $4.95 shipping for both items. I get purchase alerts and noticed that there were 3 charges $4.95, $4.90, and $2.49. We received the box and there are two items. My mom was charged $2.49 for an unknown reason. We tried to contact them for several days but they were closed due to an electrical outage. In that time I got another notification of two charges from this company for $89.95 and $88.98.

The “free trial” was 14 days and in the link in the email she used said you could not cancel until you received the product and the trial started from the date received. Well from the date we received it till today is 4 days. However it was 2 and 3 days after we received the products that they charged the $89.95 and the $88.98 for a monthly plan. When she called them today for a refund because she still had time on her “free trial” according to what she read. They stated to her on the phone it started from the ORDER DATE NOT THE RECEIVED DATE and they will not refund us. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
