Person named "James Larry" called to say I’d been randomly selected as a California winner of $4.5M and a car by PCH Sweepstakes. After providing official-sounding "package code" and "package serial number", he said that an outlay of $450 was required to the FDIC to claim the prize. He provided the name of "my lawyer" to assist in claiming the Prize ("Linda Allen") and a POC "Government Merchant Banker" who would receive the $450 and process the claim, ("Keenya French"). I did not provide them my name or any personal information, but they did call back twice after I told them I knew it was a scam and hang up. The phone number they called me from was 876-487-8538
