I thought I was purchasing legitimate Pandora items from this vendor. I placed my order and eventually they said they were shipping the items to me. There is no phone number so I had to email them to tell them the zip code was incorrect. They apparently adjusted it but the tracking information sent after that showed the material was coming from China. I waited to see if hopefully it would be correct but it was not. Between it not coming in time for Christmas AND not being the true items, I am upset. I contacted them requesting a refund and never heard anything from them. This was around a $100 USD order. This website does NOT ship true Pandora jewelry.
