I ordered the ProHair Steamer advertised on Instagram. What they sent was NOT the STEAMER it was a USED cheap flat iron that wouldn’t even turn on. It is the clearly used and repackaged and not the one I ordered. I tried their contact number which is not in service it just goes dead after 1 ring. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. I will call my credit card company and have the charges reversed and throw this in the garbage.
