Calling my work stating they are sending the sheriff to serve me. Harassing, will not send me proper documentation or paperwork to discuss the matter, demanding money over the phone. Want $50 today to secure that I am being truthful. Stating I owe $1000 in an unpaid payday loan. Stating they need to serve me papers, gave my information to be served but no one comes. They keep calling and harassing me at home, my cell, my work, and my family.
Also calling my biological brothers, 1 in Texas stating I have them listed as a parent or a reference.
