Saw a sponsored website for exclusive Disney Dooney & Bourne handbags, ordered one, provided my credit card info, address, and the transaction was approved however when I received my confirmation email it was showing a payment through PayPal but my PayPal account has no record of the transaction. It had been supposedly delivered after weeks of not knowing so but I had not received the package. I contacted UPS and they informed me that I had the correct tracking number but the shipping address on file did not match the information I provided. I filed a dispute with UPS and haven’t been able to contact the private property/business my package was supposedly delivered to. I have emails with proof of purchase and information provided and when I went to contact the seller about my purse their website was suddenly disabled and no longer available. No body is contacting me back and I have no idea if the seller has all of my personal information including credit card information.
