I placed my order for a pandora bracelet and 5 charms I received free shipping and received the items. However the items did not look like the website were cheap some of the charms weren’t the same as displayed on site such as the elephant was different than the elephant on the website.. Poor quality and looks like the bracelet was cracked and would not fit an adults wrist too small. Package came from China no receipt in my package. Read on site have 7 days to return from date of receipt there is no phone number on the website I filled out two contact us forms and sent and email still no response so basically I’m not going to be able to return this garbage merchandise or get my $83.23 refund. Completely upset this was suppose to be a gift for my mom’s birthday I would advise people to buy from an actual physical store who is an authorized retailer. Very disappointed and I usually do research too and did not this time.

I Ordered 2 bracelets, and 3 charms from this website. I later found that this website is fake, and have not received my merchandise. They provided me with a fair traking number which says not found every time I try to track it. I was scammed out of $68.00, and they will not respond to my messages or refund my money. Just wanted to save some cash avid get the wifey something nice. I really know better. Bought items at super discounted prices and never received them. Site looks very similar to Pandora original, items and pure volume looked original, but its fake. I called Pandora consumer number and they told me the Pandoraao site is fake. I’m so stupid. Should have done my future diligence first. Big fat duh for me.
