i responded to a craigslist ad for Miami Heat basketball tickets. I received an email that seemed to be from ticketmaster with instructions for payment involving prepaid gift card. The person and ‘ticketmaster’ responded to confirm I’d receive the tickets shortly and never did. I later checked with ticketmaster and no person existed and they confirmed this is not the process
