I was charged for it with a debit to my checking account in FEB 2016 and still have NEVER received the order. It was $12.99. I have emailed them multiple times with NO response. Is there any way I can get my money back?

Ordered a product and never received it after almost a month. I have not received shipping information or any sort of customer service. I want a refund but the business is unresponsive and only interacts on Twitter. They still do not respond to messages on Twitter.

I saw an advertisement on Twitter and proceeded to go to their website. I then purchased a product from their website. using a credit card it cost me $16.11. I received the email confirmation that I have purchased itbut nothing after that in the following weeks. I have emailed them multiple times but have not heard back from them. It has been over two months I’ve yet to receive my order I have emailed the company and still has received no confirmation of my order or when it will be delivered. I then went back to their to their Twitter page and found that many other people like myself have not received their order and Have not heard back from the company this is where I found this page because other people have reported them this has been going on for a while and needs to be stopped and people need to get the refund of their order

I went I this website my girlfriend showed because found a ring she liked. I bought it and received a confirmation email about status of order and so on. I placed my order 02/10/2016. I found their page on Twitter any many people have the same problem.

They advertise getting people to order stuff and never send out merchandise. If you go to their Twitter at @PacificoApparel you will see many people dealing with the same problem. The company will not reply to messages about undelivered packages. The email [email protected] has since been deleted from their website.
