This company has changed their name to Pet Lovers USA. There IS a legitimate mom-and-pop pet store of the same name, that has been in business and in good standing for a number of years, not to be confused with this band of thieves.

I checked back several times but tracking was unavailable due to the free shipping. According to their refunds page if the item was not received by 45 days you could request a refund so I noted what date that would be. I tried to click on the link from my email today 6/14/18 -(today is the 45th day) and the links are all disabled but they previously worked. I went directly to their website which also no longer exists. I googled them and found out there is an entire Facebook group for people that have been scammed. I contacted my bank to try to dispute the charge.
