I placed an order on the website for NoraCora clothing on 6/8/2020. They charged my account for the clothing for $121.35. I e-mailed them 2x’s to find out when my clothing was being shipped. No response. I then called the phone number 1-(607)-214-3005. They were supposedly trying to refund my money but they were hacking into my computer. I then shut down my computer when I realized it was a scam. Please stop these people from scamming.

This looked like a website from the US, however, after placing my order of 4 clothing items, I realized it was shipping from China. It took about a month for 3 of my items to arrive and they were not good quality and made from terrible fabric. The fourth item (a pair of overalls) I never received. I emailed the company several times and they would only respond with "Please allow 4-6 weeks to ship." This was in December 2019 and I still haven’t received them. They eventually quit responding to my e-mails so I just gave up.

This company advertises on yahoo and social media sites. They have cute clothes at really reasonable prices and they are all bait and switch. I ordered 4 items and while the items are vaguely similar to the advertisements on the website, they are cheap Chinese knock offs. The scarf pictures below was supposed to be a knitted item. Instead, it is a cheap polyester fabric that has had the image of the knit item printed onto it. It is a terrible copy that is a total scam. The other items are just as bad and I would not even donate them the fabric is so flimsy and poorly made. I tried to connect with customer service and it has been impossible to talk with anyone. I tried to figure it out on my own to return the item you need to include the return form (that they have to send you) and the postage to return the items to them for a partial refund will cost more than just taking the loss on what I have already paid.

This is a pop-up ad that features nice clothing at low prices. Normally, I only buy from specific retailers whose quality and fit I’m familiar with. Unfortunately, I was tempted by these ads. I ordered a dress that was advertised as a linen summer dress. When it arrived, it was nothing like the picture and the fabric was definitely not linen. Instead, it was a cheap poly-type fabric. In the on-line photo the dress was a subtle brown, in reality it was a dull gray. The fit was frumpy and it was just plain ugly and cheap. It was something an actor would wear when portraying an East Bloc factory worker.
There was no return shipping label. I contacted them about returning it, and they wrote back and said it would have to be sent back to China, at my expense. However, they were willing to offer me a 15% cash rebate so I could take it to a tailor and have it altered. I wrote back and said it was ugly and cheap and I wanted them to pay for the shipping and I wanted a full refund. I haven’t heard from them since. Then, I looked on line for reviews outside of the site, which I should have done initially, and every review decried this business as a scam. So beware! DO NOT BUY FROM NORACORA!!

I purchased a lot of women clothing for a total of $301.97. I got a confirmation that it will be shipped and tracking number will be provided. I have not seen an email with the tracking information or a response to all the emails I sent them This is so frustrating since this a hard earned money. I am not sure if my money will be refunded. It is a great lesson for me now, not to trust online vendors like this one who is not even reputable.

I had bought some shoes 11/8/2018 and as of 12/18/2018 I have not received my purchase. I contacted them several times, with the first time the customer service rep told me that my delivery would be delayed and that they were going to ship my purchase out from their warehouse in 5-18 days. so I waited for my shoes the whole 8 days for my tracking number and did not receive it or hear back from them. So I contact them 12/5/2018, and the customer service rep gives me another excuse as to why my shoes have not been shipped. She says my purchase is in bulk production and that they could not provide an exact shipping date. I tell them I want a full refund, and they tell me that if I keep my order they will offer me a 10% refund to keep my order. I agree to not cancel my order and get the 10% refund because I really wanted the shoes. They respond by claiming that they will rush my order and will give me my tracking number once it is shipped out. I contacted Nora Cora again 12/17/2018 asking if my shoes have been shipped out, and the customer service rep has not responded back to me. I am at my wits end and feel like I have been swindled out of my money. I believe that https://www.noracora.com/ is never going to send me my purchase ever. I am aware that I didnt pay alot of money for the shoes, but I am reporting for the simple fact that Nora Cora didnt send me my purchase even though I paid them. Its as simple as that.
