I saw advertising on one of my pages, not sure if it was FB or Email or Google. Ninacloak.com, what appeared to be very nice clothes. I went to the page and found some really good prices for women’s clothing. I ordered 2 separate orders 20 items first order and 11 items the next order. I received the second order, first, today and 10 of the 11 items arrived. 1 item was missing. I ordered the next size larger than I normally wear and the items came looking like they were made for an 10 year old girl. I ordered size 3x. I tried to fill out a customer complaint form at their site, and it would not send. I sent an email. No one should order from this company. They are a scam. Billing went to Sayhey Hong Kong in the amount of 228.93 and 75.43. Paid already. I went back to their site, and From what I see, they want everything back the same as they sent, each folded in individual bags, and if they deem it is not received the same as was sent, they will not refund. Because what I ordered was all on sale, I expect I will not be seeing a refund anyway. This company is a joke and very fraudulent. I received a refund for something, but it does not match the price that was for the shirt that was missing. I am waiting for the first order to arrive. How do I tell people, do not order from this company?

I ordered clothing from ninacloak.com months ago and finally received my order BUT, the clothing was poor quality, the sizes were way to small and there was a burn hole in one item. The reviews are fake and I am now unable to get in touch with anyone through the website for returns. When I go to sign in I am told that my password is incorrect only to be told I will receive an e-mail to reset my password (8 times) which never shows up in my inbox or spam folder. I am unable to return my items or get back on the website if only to write a bad review. I believe there should be a way to return online items especially when the items are not as described. I have been trying to contact this company for weeks now.

Bought a dress that took 2 months to receive. When I received it, the dress fit like a too small shirt and the quality of the material was cheap and thin (transparent). Not as pictured at all. The first three emails I sent to service @ninacloak.com was to request updated shipping information. I received no response. Then I called 2 times and was put on hold 30 minutes the first time and 2 hours the second time. After I received the dress I sent three emails requesting an item change request and received no response from either one. Contacted my bank as their instructions said to do.

I purchased clothing from this company. It did not fit. They did not have return information provided. I checked online and it said I would have to contact them through the email listed above. I did so, requesting the address to return the products to. The website stated that returns had to be made within 10 days to receive a refund. The emails that I received in return, from numerous "people", all stated that I would have to return the product in order to get a refund, but the address was not provided. Each email attempted to get me to keep the products and they would give me a "discount" to replace them. I replied each time that I did not want to purchase additional product, but wanted to return the products that did not fit. After the 5th email, which is now past the 10 days, I finally get an address and phone number. The email also states that they will "decide" once the items are returned whether they will give me a refund. Upon checking on the telephone number provided, it has been disconnected. Unfortunately, as hindsight, I went online and found whole websites dedicated to others that have been scammed by this company. I have provided an example below. However, it looks a lot better than what I actually received.

Well, I placed an order from ninacloak pngage on 12/11/19. I am trying to get the status of my order and they never answer their phone number or emails. I am so frustrated that I decided to repor them with the better business bureau. I spend $55.00 dollars on clothing and never received a confirmation of delivery. Today I stay on hold for about 3 hours and they never answered my call. They have a recording telling you to be patient and wait bla bla bla. I sent 3 emails and It bounce back to me with this message:
