Total money lost $546
Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief
I am currently on SSDI, SSI and receive $31 in foodstamps. It’s not that I am ungrateful, but I wished to become independent and was hoping to find a way out of my situation. I didn’t realize Dr. Richardson was offering 21 books with her 21 day program at each book costing $20 plus $6 for shipping and handling. Unfortunately I signed up thinking it was only $26 in total that was non refundable. However, after all transactions were over, there’s no way of canceling the order because it was not permitted on their site, there’s no way of retracting even if one makes an error. I had immediately contacted them by email explaining my situation and the hardship I would face by staying on this order financially. I even reminded them about the three day cancellation procedures, but they emailed me back to state it doesn’t apply to Federal Law.

I had contacted my credit card company and told them the situation, they are disputing the charges.
I have placed a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office online and to resolve this they can have them keep their $26, but I don’t wish to keep their book and/or receive any free couching from an individual who doesn’t even a the human companions.
I am writing to you because I first thought it was my mistake for not understanding it probably due to my depression. However, my friend, who is an American, Susan, assured me that it wasn’t my fault and it was made to be misleading.
I hope one else falls for this kind of misleading information, but most of all, anyone who doesn’t have any human kindness and only after money, I am not sure what good they can teach?
