Purchased 2 different baby dolls at $29.99 plus $9.99 for shipping each ( for my daughter’s birthday claiming to be newborn like dolls. I got two of the same McDonald’s toy size, and quality three months later. I tried to go back to the website to screenshot the picture not what they claimed to be sending, and nothing was there. I tried contacting them via the only contact available, several times about when the order would ship, to what looks like a personal email, and took weeks to respond. Then proceeded to tell me to send pictures of what I ordered vs what I received. Which the website was no longer available to do.

I ordered a reborn doll 17 inches long. I got an email from [email protected] telling me the doll was shipped on July 7th. I received a 6 inch piece of garbage (doll) on July 29th. Linda Todd says that they will work on it to make it right. They offered me a return of 5%, then 15% and now 20%. I give up. They are not going to refund my money of $30.00.
