Type of a scam Phishing

I was unduly influenced to enter into a very expensive legally-binding agreement with a local business owner who is affiliated with National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®). I was swayed by an overwhelming number of non-consumer positive ratings and reviews received by her business from various industry colleagues, also affiliated with NARPM®, in exchange for non-consumer reviews that she wrote for them on Facebook, Google, and Yelp. There is video footage online of a NARPM® Broker Retreat that took place in Las Vegas in March of 2017. In the video, a presenter by the name of Brad L. (NARPM® member) solicited online reviews from attending industry colleagues offering to reciprocate. I have since discovered that an overwhelming number of NARPM® affiliated property management business profiles on Facebook, Google, and Yelp have artificially-boosted ratings and are infiltrated with deceptive non-consumer positive reviews, which drown out authentic consumer reviews and creates an unfair advantage over other business owners within the profession.
