Total money lost $350

Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes

Yesterday 1-24-17 in the afternoon sometime someone that I went to school with several years ago contacted me through Android Messenger saying he was with National Financial Assistance Endowment in Atlanta, GA. and said we have won $50,000 and we needed to send them $350 to get this money. Then this morning they said they needed $2,000 because the Internal Revenue Service had stopped them. I said I am not sending no more money, I had already sent $350. I said this sounds like a scam and he said no it’s not scam. I said just send me the money back this will be over with or I will report this to the ScamPulse.com. Then the conversation left after I told him it sounds like exhortation, I told him I don’t have $2,000 to send because I am retired. Send the $350 back or I will report and no more response. I had Western Union File a report on this. I paid the $350 with cash through Western Union. I sent it to Nicole Manning Newbern, North Carolina 28560. He won’t talk to me on the phone because he says his lawyer won’t allow him to use the phone because of government restrictions on that. He said they are told to text.
