Ordered necklaces to give my daughters for Christmas that were to be etched from photos I submitted of their cats.
Ordered on 12/09/17 – received confirmation of order indicating a 3-day processing time, then10 days for processing and shipping.
As of 12/31/17 I still have not received them. The only status I have been able to locate is:
“Hello! Your jewelry in the process! Upon completion we will notify you by email, please be patient!
