Researched food storage companies. Decided to order from 4 different companies to see the difference in product. Recieved orders from 3 companies, but not My Food Storage. I call and get a voicemail to leave a message and they will call back. I’ve left a message everyday now for a week and still haven’t heard from them. I email them everyday also. Nothing. I looked on line for reviews on My Food Storage. I found other people who have the same problem with them. It doesn’t look good. Big scam. They got me for $1,300.

Ordered emergency food on April 7th. Have heard nothing from them and it is July22nd. I see where others are having the same problem, or worse. Not sure this company didn’t take our money and run.
