I ordered some clothing that I paid @$147 through paypal in April 2020, I have emailed them at least once a month to check the status on the order. On June 30, 2020 I was sent an email from them stating that I would receive a tracking # for my order. That was the last time I heard from them. Mysteriously, after that last email. My account was hacked by a company in China for over $3500 worth of gift cards from an online gaming store. Can anything be done about this?

I really regret not doing my research before ordering from this site. I couldn’t sleep and saw this as in Facebook. The clothing was cute even though prices were a little too expensive. Anyway, on the morning of May 02, 2020, I ordered over $107 worth of clothes from them. Once my order was confirmed I was sent an email that said, Standard Shipping (9-14 business days). It also mentioned that my package was getting ready to be shipped and I’d receive a tracking number once it leaves them. Here we are on June 04, 2020 and I have heard absolutely itching from this company. Honestly, I had forgotten that I had even ordered from them because it’s taken so long. Well, once I realized that I may have been scammed, I went to the ScamPulse.com and read the reviews. Low and behold everyone has the exact same story. Money taken a month or more ago and no product. I then went online to find a customer service number, but you’ve guessed it, NOTHING!!!! Now, I don’t trust any pop up shops that I see, either online or in my email.

For whatever reason, when I try putting the scammers website in on this site, it tells me it’s not valid. However, it is Molylily.com. The one [email protected] is for questions you may have regarding the status of your order. Even then you’d have to wait for days for an automated response.

I purchased a dress from Molylily May the 4th 2020 and never received my Merchandise. I contacted her several time and she said sent it. I never got it. I believe this business to be fraudulent and should be checked out

This profile shows up in Instagram feeds and on Facebook. The items on the page are stolen from other people’s pages. MOLYLILYONLINE IS FAKE! People see clothing, click the profile and purchase directly from the website in the profile. Customers pay debit/credit via PayPal either with a PayPal acct or as a guest. The seller never or rarely responds but if they do it’s a poorly written excuse about being understaffed. These people/person will NEVER send an item. When people question them about products or shipping they block them from the page or delete the comments. WARNING THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

Order ****** from molylily.com back April 11, 2020. Its May 23, 2020. No order delivered yet. Takes 3 days before response is made. No product to send back for refund. Refuse to refund money. Looks to be a copy& paste of status update of an order location but on USPS site nothing but waiting for package. I’ve been emailing back and forth about status and request of return funds. Nothing. Its almost 2 months, says sitting at FedEx warehouse in new Jersey waiting due to limit number of employees won’t be delivered for another 5-15 business days. Nothing changed. Bogus company found on ** and ** fake advertising for clothing company with different names but same clothes/pictures of same models.
