Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered from this company on May 6th, 2020. I waited quite a while to recieve it because of the customs and the coronavirus. Finally on July 10th, 2020 I contacted them via email. They claimed my package was delivered and gave me a tracking number. I followed the tracking number and it was delivered to Jamaica NY. I do not live there. I contacted them again and have been fighting through emails to get the product or my cash back. They just keep dragging things on. I paid through PayPal and thank God I did, because I discovered others have been ripped off by this company and have had their banking information stolen. I also contacted the post office and was informed that they have had this happen several times where people are given the wrong tracking code. The gentleman from the post office stated they were fairly sure this was a scam. Please don’t get hurt like I did. I have not received anything!!!
