Type of a scam Online Purchase

This company is a complete SCAM. They are not local, they are in CHINA and they will not return items "hassle free" as promised on their website. They gave me the run around for 2 weeks and never provided the return address. They told me it would be too expensive to return and to just "donate" or "give away to my friends" the items I purchased for a $5 reimbursement. I spent about $60. This company needs to be *** down! They are blatantly stealing money from people.

I purchased a dress online. I ordered the size that matched the measurements listed on their website. After waiting over a month for my package to arrive, I was extremely disappointed to discover that my dress did not fit. Also it did not look like the dress that was advertised.

I contacted the customer service email and did not get a response. Only after the 3rd email which stated that I would contact the ScamPulse.com did I receive a reply. They asked me to take pictures, measure the dress and then they would give me a “satisfied solution.”

A week later, I received an email with directions on returning items but asking if I would consider a $5 refund. I responded by copying their “Fast Refund” policy from their website and stating I would like the full refund.

I have not heard anything from them.

Ordered 3 items. Never delivered. I asked for a refund by contacting their service email (no other way to contact). They do respond that my items will ship within another month. It has already been over a month. Paid thru PayPal. They will not refund or cancel order.

There is no way to return their products. Instructions on their website state: "If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. Simply follow the instructions, and submit a request for return/exchange in your order page and we will try our best to meet your request."

There is no receipt or explanation included with the package as to how to make a return. And they do not respond to requests at the email address on their website as to how one would make a return.

The clothing is of poor quality and sizes are not as advertised. (in checking, this website was just created 3 weeks ago)

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

This "company," Modfancy, is using cropped images of merchandise from Roolee.com to advertise their product. The merchandise they are then sending is NOT the same as the Roolee merchandise. Rather, they are sending incredible cheap, horribly constructed look-alike products to consumers. They also do not follow their own "policies" for returns and cancellations.
