I found an ad on instagram for a neat lamp and decided to check it out. Looked at the website and reviews and seemed okay. Purchased the lamp on March 27 and was not notified of shipment or order confirmation. After a week and a half I emailed the contact email, and a person kept giving me excuses on why the lamp has not shipped and kept ignoring my request to refund. They finally said they cannot issue refund after 24 hours, but I said there was no indication of this. Have sent 5 more emails asking for update and have gotten no reponse.
