Type of a scam Phishing
Scammer calls, saying he is with Microsoft Windows and that there is a problem with my computer. The speaker sounds as if he is from India and is working in a loud, busy office. He would like to access the computer remotely. I hung up at that point.
The caller ID on the phone reads Wayne Hicks.
