Send a lot of emails since for more than 6 months, but I gave up…

Never buy at this store, they are not thrustful.

I firt put my order in 22 february. Since then I made 26 contacts by e-mail, always receiving a new information that the iten was out of stock and I should choose a new one.
After I changed my choice many times, I finaly asked for a refound but received no answer until now.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I am writing as of April 2020 after originally making a purchase (based on an online – Facebook Ad) on Feb 23rd. The enclosed advertisement below is directly from this global company’s website:

"merlinup is your global online store that delivers latest fashion apparel for you! We have dresses, tops, bottoms and swimwear for girls and ladies. Thousands of products in different styles are waiting for you!

We value all our customers: Our professional customer service team is always here to help you. Your satisfaction is our top priority! Moreover, you can easily get your order anywhere in the world thanks to our worldwide shipping service! – Enjoy your shopping at merlinup.com."

Since the initial purchase I’ve made numerous email attempts to secure tracking information for my purchase, which have resulted in respond correspondence (which are apparently procedural "stalling tactics") stating that my order was "being processed."

Shortly after sending my most recent email – stating that I would be contacting ScamPulse.com as a result of this apparent retail scam, I received an email response that a "refund" was being processed – which still hasn’t materialized – and is probably yet another stalling tactic.
