I didn’t own the debt they had. Never did! They even called my 80yr old mother and told her I was in serious Legal trouble. WOW!

I was told that I owed $4600.00 for a bank overdraft. The guy on the phone threatened me with legal action and said if I don’t pay they will send the police to my home to arrest me. It’s scary because they called my brother at his home, my parent’s home, my cell phone, home phone, my work phone, my son’s girlfriend’s cell, and my ex-husband’s new wife’s cell! I don’t know how they got all those numbers! Be aware, this guy who goes by Steve Allan, and sometimes Alex claims to be a paralegal for a debt collection company is very aggressive!
