Started around 10:00 am on 9/22/06 from 904-512-1579 about pain machine; then from 803-500-1681 about 30 minutes after first call for diabetic machine have had 5 calls from 803-500-1681 and 2 calls from 904-512-1579.
Ask to stop calling me and if not I will report also informed them I have spoken to my doctor and that he/she did not order anything for me; I guess I was being tested last called from 803-500-168 at 5:15 no one would say anything but I said that it was okay, I am reporting you and keep it up, I will be collecting some money for harassments. It seemed like they knew my medical history. Could not get any money or any information from me. They knew my e-mail address. I live in Columbus but still have a 803 cell number for South Carolina.
