I have waited over a month for a couple of belts I ordered. I have called and left messages but no reply. Twice I was able to talk to a person who assured me it had been shipped. Still waiting.
Your belts were lost by the post office. This is not our fault

I ordered a drive belt online through this company’s "website", received a confirmation of order email, but over a week later I had not received an update on the order. I called the company 16 times, left 5 messages, contacted through the website 4 times, and emailed them once. I never received a return phone call or email. I used google earth to look at their "address" but discovered it was a UPS store. I called that UPS store and they said it wasn’t another business before the UPS store was there. This website supposedly offers bearings, precision drills, drive belts, etc., but without being able to be contacted and listing a fake address on their website, they are a fake company.
This customers make is Pierre Luc-Orsini and he’s a coward from Canada that ordered product with a stated 3-5 day lead rime. He called on day 2 and was told the parts would ship as stated, he waited to get his tracking, filed a claim that day and then after receiving the parts decided to try to tell PayPal of the validity of our company which has been in business for 20 years. This man is a [censored] and a piece of [censored] so all suppliers should be aware of him
