Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
Individual sent me a check for $2355. $450 was my cut and the other $1900 I was supposed to go to two separate Walmarts and buy 3 $500 visa gift cards and 1 $400 gift card from two separate locations. They wanted me to send pictures of the receipts, the gift card numbers, and remove the protective covering on the CCV number. They made it out to be a secret shopper project and we’re very concerned with my explicit silence and not telling anyone who worked at the Walmart what I was there to do.
