Ordered an ECHO PB770T Backpack blower in November 2019. Received order conformation, and tracking info. Tracked order for several days(supposed to be coming from China)then tracking said item lost. Contacted website via email and they supposedly reordered. Tracked that shipment for several more days until I received a cheap pair of sunglasses. Contacted website again they said to keep the sunglasses and they reordered again. Now it’s February 1st and despite numerous attempts to contact via email no one will reply. DON’T BE FOOLED BY WHAT SEEMS TO BE A GOOD DEAL!!!
