My daughter was a victim of website fraud. She received a fake email from a friend’s email address (she said she never sent it to her) that displayed an incredible deal for the Graco Extend 2 Fit car seats. I used my credit card and was charged a different amount than what the invoice said. She emailed the company at [email protected] and they responded with very unprofessional language- meaning it was like they used google translate to respond. Upon further investigation, the website was taken down. We are in the process of trying to get our money back from our credit union, but are having a hard time due to the fact that we approved the purchase. Lesson learned research before taking a deal that is too good to be true!

this site is listed as selling graco car seats. as soon as i purchased i knew something was wrong. i purchased and had a receipt for one total and taken out of my account was a different total. there was no confirmation number, no tracking number and theres no phone number to call on the site. i emailed them asking why about the money and to cancel my order. no response for several days. the response was broken English asking me for bank statements. absolutely not. i sent several emails asking for order status and to cancel and he response was "dont worry about delivery." i called and had the transaction disputed with an open case file. hopefully i get my money back but i dont understand how they can post gracos name and products promising child safety and get away with it.

I clicked on a graco ad on Facebook and was taken to this website, I didnt realize it was a scam until I had already made a purchase. I was charged 30 dollars more then the total when i checked out. I tried to cancel the order but received no correspondence. I filed a stop payment with my bank, and they split the charges into 3 separate ones. I’m currently disputing the charges and have since canceled my card.
