I ordered a set of 3 Magic Trio Peelers from a Facebook ad. Received confirmation of the order and payment of $21.88 but never received the merchandise. When I sent an email a couple weeks later I received this response: Thank you so much for your order. We are a small team of only 3. We are trying our very best to get all orders out in a timely matter. All orders are being processed as they were taken. At this point we are still 2-3 weeks behind. We are so sorry for this we will be working nonstop until we catch up. If you would like us to cancel your order because of this please let us know and we will cancel it. I asked for them to cancel and refund but they never did.

I made a purchase from the company on January 17th 2019 and when I had not received the email stating the status of my order and shipment information I emailed them on February 9th inquiring about these things and my product. The response I got said they were delayed for the Chinese new year and they are proceasing the oders as they were taken. So I waited and when I still had not received emails or my product I sent another enail and the response I got was from a mailer deamon stating the email address wwas wrong or not accepting emails.

I ordered some veggie peelers from MAGNOLIA BAKE SHOP (aka-Mint N Trendy) on Jan. 14th, 2019. They popped up in a facebook add, and they were Free with $2.97 S&H. The site looked legit, and so I paid through my Paypal Acct.

So about 3 weeks went by and I still hadn’t received anything, so I emailed them, and they told me just a general "they were having some delays with shipping". Then I emailed again, and they said it was "the Chinese New Year" and that is why they are delayed again. That response was Feb. 8th and the sender email was "[email protected]". Still nothing in the mail, or any tracking info or anything was sent. So I emailed them again on March 2nd. @ the email: [email protected] and that email was "returned for non delivery" a few hours later.

I then started looking online to see if I could find out what was going and came across a few websites and a facebook page full of others that had been scammed by this Company and ones with different aliases, but that run the same kind of business. They scam people for a small amount, and run it for a few months, and then close up shop, and do it over and over again. Unfortunately I know there is not a lot that can be done about it to keep up with them, but I wanted to report a claim just in case they try to use similar info to start a new business.

Although I am not worried about the $3, I am concerned that they may use my address and payment info and try to hack into our bank accounts or use my info for something else.

I believe there are other victims that were scammed by this company because I found a facebook group and several websites with complaints of having the same thing happen to them.

I ordered peelers from Magnolia Bake shop off of an ad I saw on Facebook. My bank account was billed $2.97 but I never recieved any product, return email or any contact. Since it has been well over a month since I ordered I went to check the site today and now it is gone!
