I have been receiving a call from this number nearly 10 times a day saying an inmate at the Madison County Detention Facility is trying to reach me. His name is "Tony." After every third or so call, I get an automated call saying "an inmate is trying to reach you, but the call can not be completed because of billing restrictions. Please call 1-800-483-8314 or go to www.connectnetwork.com to deposit money to a prepaid account. The lady says the company name is GTO. The time of the calls generally range between 9am and 10:30 pm.
