I purchased a "free" trial only paying shipping, had 14 day free trial, I put it in calendar to cancel no later then tomorrow. Was charged already for the free trial, which I was told that if I didn’t cancel they would send the next order and charge for it. I was never told I would be charged for the 14 day free trial. I called after being notified that they had taken $169.25 out of my account, the phone person was very rude and said they could not give back more then 50%. I then decided to write them a letter and when I hit send the email was undeliverable, then tried to go to their website and the Account is suspended. Is there anything I can do to get back the rest of my money?
