Type of a scam Tech Support

I have gotten approximately 20 calls in the last 2 hours (7 voice mails while I was gone for about an hour) that someone is trying to hack into my Apple cloud account. I was told to either call 203-262-0000 (number is not a real phone number cause I tried calling it) or to press 1 to get connected with a customer service rep. I pressed the 1 and spoke with someone. I asked them whose name the account was in and they told me my mother’s name (she has been dead for 10 years) and she never owned a computer. I told them several time in the first hour not to call me in within 5 to 10 minutes I was getting another call. The city that came up on my phone was Miltipas, CA. The question as to whether money was taken. I really don’t know how to answer that question because I knew it was a fraud and I didn’t let it get any further. They may have wanted me to send them money to protect my computer in the future, I don’t know. (I was scammed about 2 years ago in almost the same way, so I don’t let it get that far.)
