Type of a scam Employment

I am looking for a new job. I have received several text/emails about job offers. Now this one from LPl financial, Sallie R. Larsen, [email protected], about a AP position she received my resume on one of the sites I added it to

I did an interview using google hangout which I have used before. She begin to tell me about the job. I asked basic questions and we did an online Interview She then came back and said I am hired it is a strictly working from and they provide all equipment. I did question this and both myself and my husband looked into the company seemed legit the name sallie is legit. I did say to my husband that this sounds to good to be true. We then both decide let it play out. They sent me a check and before I cashed I made sure it posted to my acct. The next day I was then asked to send a portion to there order guy for part of my equipment. I did that. And about 2 hours later the money I deposited was reversed out and my acct is now minus 999.00 the check was for 2,310.00. My bank was contacted and a investigation is being opened. Bottom

Line is these people are good I even asked at one point is this for real she then sent me info a long message about the company. And on the website this is how the company hires employees.

I should of stuck to my instinct and not have fallen for this. This is a part of my commutations with this scammer

I received a text message from a phone number stating that my resume brought attention and they would like to interview me. The first person was Donald Phill, he asked me to download a messenger app named Telegram, and gave me verification code red flags started to raise. I downloaded the app and proceeded to entertain this idea, the person conducting my interview was Peter Cross, I already knew this was scam because of a similar post on BBB, so I continued. I made up excuses for all personal information, giving nothing but the minimum to keep them interested, he stated they would send me a check to buy all the necessary office supplies via fedex, I quickly explained that would not be necessary I already own everything on the list. He proceeded to ask for my email, which I gave my junk email address, I would continually ask questions which were never answered and even to the point where they told me to stop asking questions. They ask personal questions, banking information, credit score, address, etc. I entertained this for about 2 hours before deciding to confront them with the full plan they use from sending the check, asking, me to deposit, send the deposited money to different people, then they cancel the check or it comes back as fraud. After I explained to Peter Cross that I knew the whole time, I only waisted his time so I would know its less time for him to trick someone else. They deleted all the messages as I was typing my last response, and blocked me.
